Truman faculty with Stephanie Bertel (holding plaque) at 2005 MSHA President's Luncheon and Award Ceremony

The 2005 Missouri Speech-Language-Hearing Association Awards committee recognized Truman graduate student Stephanie Bertel as the 2005 Outstanding Graduate Student in Missouri. Stephanie had presented a poster session about a previous research project at the 2004 convention, and the results of her master's thesis at the 2005 convention. Stephanie, also a graduate of Truman's undergraduate program, received recognition from the CMDS program as Truman's Outstanding Graduate Student in Communication Disorders for the year. She graduated in May, 2005, and is working in the St. Louis area.
